BESPOKE JEWELLERY WORKSHOPS IN MY STUDIO

You can organise your own bespoke workshop session for 2-4 people in my studio (One to One tuition is also available.) I specialise in small group tuition and the workshops in my studio are designed to teach a range of jewellery techniques. They are suitable for complete beginners, however a degree of hand dexterity and good eyesight helps! The workshops are a great experience for friends and family to share, as well as an introduction to silversmithing with the bonus of making something precious.

The studio is accessed by steps down to the Basement.

Refreshments are included in the price along with all equipment, materials and packaging to take home. Additional materials can be purchased by arrangement.

1.YOUNG PERSONS (14-19) METAL WORK TASTER COURSE

After the success of this new taster course, which ran in 2021 specifically for young people supported by funding from Ilkley Arts, I will be organising new dates for spring 2022. Please contact me if you are interested.

A great opportunity for young people to explore and develop metal working skills using aluminium, copper and sterling silver.
3 session Courses £80.00
All materials and tuition provided.

ADULT TASTER CLASSES

From time to time I run group classes in the Ilkley Arts Studio next door focussing on a specific project. e.g Making Stacking Rings / Hand stamped Pendant / Hand stamped Rings. You can book a single place on these workshops. These are suitable for beginners and the cost of the workshop includes making a finished piece of jewellery. Limited to 6 people per class

HOW TO BOOK

Please book your workshop by selecting from the Workshops - Book link, then choose your workshop with date, add this to shopping cart and make payment at that point.

50% will be refunded in the event of your cancellation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop in the event of insufficient numbers, in the event of cancellation by Libby Jubb Jewellery, we will provide 100% refund.

COVID UPDATE WINTER 2021: PLEASE BRING A MASK AS THERE ARE TIMES WHEN CLOSE CONTACT WILL BE NECESSARY. WORKSHOP SURFACES AND EQUIPMENT ARE REGUARLY CLEANED. HAND SANITISER IS PROVIDED. VENTILATION IS INCREASED BY LEAVING DOORS OPEN AND AS WORKSHOPS TAKE UP TO 3 HOURS WE WILL FREQUENTLY TAKE BREAKS AND ACCESS THE COURTYARD OUTSIDE TO ENSURE THE FLOW OF FRESH AIR. PLEASE BRING AN EXTRA LAYER TO WEAR. ALSO BRING GLASSES YOU NEED FOR CLOSE UP WORK, AN APRON, TEA/COFFEE IS AVAILABLE BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN REFRESHMENTS IF YOU WISH TO.
