Your satisfaction is very important to me.
Regretfully, earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons in accord with UK laws. Custom made pieces can only be returned at my discretion.
For all other items if you return it in original condition, unworn and unused, and sent via a recognised tracked service with proof of posting. I will refund the full amount minus the original postage cost to you.
Exchanges are at my discretion, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please, make sure you take note of the measurements on the product descriptions and measure your ring/bangle/neck sizes carefully prior to ordering, I will need to charge extra for any amendments made post-order.
Items damaged in transit can be returned to me for a full refund or repair.
