Are you aged between 13 - 19 and would you like to learn a new skill?
Do you like working with your hands and would like to experiment making with different metal materials including silver. On this three week course you will cover the basics of silversmithing including hand piercing with a small jewellery saw, forming with hammers and mandrels, adding texture with hammers and a Rolling Mill, annealing and soldering, along with filing and polishing. The course includes the cost of materials. In the three sessions you should complete 2-3 pieces to take home. The course is also suitable for those who have attended a previous jewellery course with me and want to further develop and practice their skills.

Session 2 - Hand Piercing / drilling
Session 3 - Soldering/ Riveting
Session 4 - Ring making
