A pretty handmade sterling silver heart necklace with two delicate silver lovebirds and a fresh water pearl drop.
This lovely necklace is ideal as a gift to a loved one, for valentines, newly weds, those getting engaged or celebrating a special anniversary.
The necklace is handmade and the birds are carefully cut out of sterling silver sheet using a jeweller's saw and therefore each one is unique. The birds sit on each side of the heart shaped branch along with tiny silver leaves and copper berries. The fresh water pearl drop dangles freely off the base of the heart.
This necklace can be ordered with or without the fresh water pearl drop, which is available in ivory white or cream.
All pieces are entirely handmade to order and vary in size and length.
A delicate silver link chain is threaded through the heart to make up the necklace, which has a small bolt ring catch at the back of the neck. You can choose to have a 40cm, 45cm or 50cm length chain in the option section.
Each item of jewellery is sent in a white gift box and can be gift wrapped for free in complimenting paper and a ribbon bow ( I find this survives the post best.)
A printed gift note is available on request when placing your order or a hand written gift card can also be added if you message me and it can all be posted direct to a lucky recipient.

Each piece is solid british 925 sterling silver which is prone to tarnishing so please try and keep your jewellery packaged away in its box when not being worn, ideally in acid free tissue paper. Avoid contact with make up, perfumes, creams on the skin and water or chlorine as these may cause the silver to blacken.
To clean the necklace I would recommend buffing it with a silver polishing cloth and occasionally gently scrubbing it with a soft toothbrush and some washing up liquid before completely rinsing and drying it.

The heart shape pendant 3cm long by 2cm wide and the silver wire measures 1.5mm diameter. The birds are approximately 1.5cm x 1.5cm. The fresh water pearl is approximately 3 - 4mm, and the drop from the base of the heart is approximately 1cm.
